Spring is here...oh wait we live in Arizona and we don't have spring. Summer is here! The weather has been beautiful, but hot. Today we went to the park and not thinking to put sunscreen on because it was March. Well, this white girl got a little toasted. Just another reminder that we live in the desert.
Two cool dudes!
Speaking of living in the desert...Bryce has been begging me to go to the beach. I keep trying to tell him we live in the desert and the ocean is a long way from where we live. He has been to the ocean twice in his life and the kid remembers.
The boys have really started playing with each other, and it seems to be that they are enjoying each other a little more everyday. Between fighting, and arguing they have been sharing, building blocks, and train tracks together. Bryce was disappointed in Isaac the other night when he got of the trampoline and would not jump with him. "But mommy I want to jump with him"-Bryce. Isaac walks around "where are you; where are you" looking for Bryce.
Bryce is in his 2 week of gymnastic and he has been doing an amazing job. He is flipping and flopping all over the place.
This is Isaac new trick. My money is on the fact that he will be our first kid in the ER. The things he does and attempts to do scares the day lights out of me. Not so much this video clip, but climbing onto of the monkey bars, taking a head dive off our king size bed, standing on the tricycle to get onto the swing.
Home Depot Workshop
This is a practice run for boy scouts. We got to build a race car and race them.
I am not sure why I bother cleaning their rooms. Isaac's favorite thing to do is push over his toy organizer. Needless to say it wasn't cute after the first time, and he didn't think it was very cute to get a spanking after the first time either.
Daddy planting strawberries with the boys. Next we are planting watermelons.
What happen? "Brother did it"-said Bryce
Day out with Thomas the Train!
Bryce is in LOVE with trains, and he thinks the world of Thomas. So Mommy and Daddy decided to spoil him rotten and make the drive down to Globe (2 1/2 hours) to spend the day with Thomas. We dropped Ike off at Grandma and Grandpa McGee's and started on our way to Globe to see Thomas the train. The whole way there Bryce was asking us "where is the station" over and over again. It's so cute to see him so excited to see and ride on Thomas. Our tickets for 12:45 to ride on Thomas so Bryce was pretty worn out and ready for a nap. We got get seats on the train it was first come first serve. We sat right behind Thomas the Tank, we cheered him on as he pulled us up the hill. After our train ride I stood in line for 1/2 hour to get our picture in front of Thomas. While I was standing in line holding our spot for the picture with Thomas, Bryan and Bryce were having fun in the bounce house, and riding on the mini James train.
It was a weekend all about Bryce...earlier that weekend daddy and Bryce went on a guys night to see the movie Rango. This was really hard to for Isaac to understand what was going on. All Isaac knew was he wanted his daddy, and he didn't his daddy to leave him with mommy. He cried and cried for his daddy, after about 10 minutes he forgot about wanting daddy. So, I decided to spoil Isaac for a once and we went to Target to get his new favorite thing...ELMO. Everything is ELMO ELMO ELMO, he will sit and watch elmo song on youtube for about 20 minutes over and over again. He loves his elmo books, toys, pictures, videos everything or anything that looks like Elmo.
Isaac wanting his DADDDDY
Isaac convinced himself that daddy was home from work (when he really wasn't), and he cried until daddy got home. He is ONE BIG daddy's boy.
Isaac where are your toes?
Would you say the kid needs some new pj's? These pj's have been passed for through 4 kids. I think it's time to retire them.
